Portfolio & Resources

As a member of the Portfolio & Resources Team, you will play a crucial role in managing and treating alignment among our projects pool, as well as well as ensure cross-functionality and diversity in project teams.

Responsibilities as a member of the Portfolio & Resources team

• Approval of projects suggested by members

• Allocation of members to projects & follow-up

• Regularly review and update resource allocation plans based on changing project needs and priorities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English
